At Dallas Pet Hub, your satisfaction matters. If something goes wrong with your order, here’s how refunds and returns work.
Defective or Damaged Items: Report within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos if possible.
Incorrect Item: If we shipped the wrong product, we’ll replace or refund it.
Non-Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days, you may request a refund.
Perishable goods like food or treats.
Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., pet grooming tools used).
Gift cards or downloadable items.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Once we confirm the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We only replace items if they’re defective or incorrect. For size or preference issues, we recommend reviewing sizing charts before purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
